IMPORTANT CHECK IN / CHECK OUT INFORMATION: COTTAGES : Check-in - 4 PM , Check-out - 11 AM RV SITES: Check-in - 1 PM , Check-out - 11 AM Guests who stay past 12:30 PM will be charged for an additional night’s stay POLICIES We ask our guests to abide by our rules in order to keep our park clean and family friendly. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM-8 AM Please be respectful of other campers when playing music. Please observe our 10 MPH speed limit throughout the park. Public intoxication, profanity and violence are not tolerated and are grounds for removal. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present on resort grounds for duration of stay. All vehicles must be registered with the office and display a valid pass at all times. Fireworks, cascarones, water balloons and pinatas are not allowed. No smoking or pets in cottages or casitas.  Please leave your site as it was when you arrived. Excessive litter on site or evidence of pets/smoking in wagons/cabin is cause for additional cleaning fees Reservation Policies Rates are based on a 2-person occupancy. Extra adults will be charged an additional $6.00 per night. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons per site. Your RV as well as one additional vehicle are included in the price.  Additional vehicles are charged $3/day. We do have free high speed fiber internet with repeaters placed throughout the park.  You may not be able to access web content or streaming that involves a large amount of data.  If you are having trouble, try adjusting your device toward one of the white repeaters in the park. We strive to maintain a friendly and safe atmosphere in our park. Speed limits on park roadways are strictly enforced. Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash and under your control at all times while outside. Please respect your neighbor and avoid loud music, pet noises or other distractions. Smoking outside is allowed but must be done in areas that do not affect others or create a fire hazard. All guests must agree to follow all posted park rules and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse admission to our park to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of personal property.
